Transmission Leak - Automatic 200 1991

I recently spotted a leak under my 245. There is fluid around the transmission pan but the majority of the leak is on the passenger's side next to the pan. Is this the selector shaft seal? I am going to replace the transmission pan gasket and want to know what other parts (seals, bushings, filter) I should replace while I am doing the work. I want to replace as much as possible if the parts are cheap. Does the kit from IPD include all that I would need or is there another source you would suggest? Also, what is the best fluid to refill with?
