performance woes 700

I made a run to 60mph today with a passenger (200+lbs) and a full tank of gas. I have a 2.5" IPD exhaust with no cat, a cone filter, 10 pounds of boost and 2 degrees of ignition advance.. my runs were,
(turn out= right turn onto freeway)
turn out-8.9s
turn out start(burned out)- 10s
turn out-8.9s

after I did the math, I came to the following conclusions,

0-60- 8.9
1/4 ET- 16.1
1/4 TS- 85.75mph
HP- 185

Is this normal? I was sort of let down by these numbers.. should I be? thanks
