My first/new 740 - first Q. 700 1989

As a long-time keeper of things 240 (and earlier), I just picked up my first 700. It is a lovely 1989 744GLE/B-234F/AW7x. 111k miles, nice leather interior, etc.

The only noticeable fault is that the ABS light is on.

a] can I follow the 240 ABS troubleshooting for '91+ models as listed in Bentley?

b] if so, how do I trigger the codes?
