osolating idle 200 1983

i recently purchused a 1983 242dl (B23F) and i am having a bit of trouble with the idle. its seems to be osolating up and down between 750 and 1100 rpms, no matter what temperature the engine is running at. if im not mistaken , the b23f has bosch LH 2.0 fuel injectors, right? i think it may be my fuel injector seals, but how do i test whether or not they have gone bad?
