Center Support Bearing / '87

'87 240 dl wagon
There seems to be a problem with the center support bearing. the hard rubber mounting is pushed up on the passenger/forward part of the support. is this a big problem? i just had tranny replaced and wondering if it had been done then or can it get that way by wear?

Also should I replace the bearing while I'm there?
