Brake Master cylinder swaps? 120-130

I have a 1966 122S and I will be needing to replace my brake master cylinder soon (it's leaking). I was wondering if There is anything else I can easily swap in there for better braking ability, or If I should just stick to getting a new OEM one. Any info is appreciated.
