The wire bracket is some sort of accessory, factory or otherwise.

Tourist/Diplomat sales is otherwise known as "overseas delivery". I have one; it's basically a US-spec model with 50 state emissions, set up for retail in Europe, then shipped to the US when the owners are ready.
