loose in the stays 700

I have a 87 760 wagon with a lot of miles. They have installed speed bumps in my neighbourhood and with the existing potholes the various interior squeaks and rattles are getting on my nerves. The old brick is a little loose in the stays and I’d like to try to quiet things down and I am looking for ideas and pointers etc……
