stalling 740 1986

My car is stalling out just after running 5-10seconds. I have replaced the fuel filter and have checked to see if it is pumping fuel. My wife drives this normally and she said it had begun to stall occasionally when cold. Now it does it all the time. Any suggestions? I have been reading some accounts on the fuel relay. Where is this in the 86 740?
