Spark but no start 700 1989

I have a 1989 740 turbo with 90K. She cranks over real fast with an occasional sputter but won't start. I can smell gas in the oil. I took a compression test. #1 cylinder was at 130#, #2 @40#, #3 @40#, #4 @130#. Is it possible that the timing belt jumped (has never been changed)? If it did, is it possible that I bent a valve? Is there an easy way of checking timing alignment without tearing the entire engine apart? Is it possible that this thing is toast?
