O/D switch replacement 700

You can pop the plastic button out and it may or may not break...if it doesn't, it can be reinstalled. OTOH, it will probably break and you'll need a new one.

The knob then comes straight off and the switch can be changed out. Now is the time to replace the chrome shaft trim if it's hashed or flaky...
