Faulty Hazard Flashers 200

Hi Folks,

My hazard flashers don't work. When activated nothing at all happens except the relay makes a buzzing/fizzing noise. I understand that the indicators use the same relay but they are working fine.

Will 'Fosterization' of the relay cure my ills or do I need to be looking elsewhere?

All advice appreciated as it's well known i'm not too clever when it omes to the flow of electrons.
