Help Please, Stuterring and Sputtering 740 Turbo 700

Would great appreciate any ideas or suggestions. My 740 Turbo idles fine and revs up fine until the turbo guage starts in the yellow, then it sputters and stutters, backfires, and no power. I recently changed the timing belt and the ECU Fuel Computer because it was getting no gas to the injectors. I recently acquired the car and don't know how it ran before. When I changed the belt and ECU, it started fine and idled fine, but when I went to drive it and the turbo guage hit the yellow, it sputtered, stuttered, backfired, and no power. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, as I am out of ideas.
