Headlight problems 200 1980

i was checkin out my car today just lookin at it as i walked up to it and i noticed that my head light mount well the surrounding part around my 2 round head lights doesn't line up with my signal light i touched my head light mount and it moves alot what is the problem is it broken or is it some kind of clip broke off i am kinda wondering
