front end alignment 200 1983

I have been unalbe to get my front end aligned, it constantly pulls to the right and the steering wheel is not centered. new struts, ball joints, tie rods. I'm told the bushings are fine and that the car is in perfect alignment. I have considered that the frame may be bent, but don't want to pay to have it checked out. Is there anything else that could cause this problem other then a bent frame?
