Sudden Drivetrain Problem - Help! 140-160 1970

You guys were right! I ended up having the car towed to a mechanic and they found that the Steering Coupler was loose (they said it had been replaced once and wasn't installed properly) and a Transmission Mount was broken. The Steering Coupler getting loose is what caused the sudden problem because the mechanic said the trans mount looked like it had been broken for a long time. Now my steering works great (absolutely no play in the wheel!) and the trans shifts smoother with less vibration. Only costed me $150 for the repair. These 140's are friggen great. Thanks again for your advise.
