Are the U-joints "in time"? The transmission mount should be easy to check, just push up and sideways on the OD unit to see if it's broken loose. Check the rubber disc between the shaft and OD unit. Any place that repairs truck driveshafts should be able to balance your driveshaft. I cured a vibration when loaded with IPD overload springs. Good luck!
