depending on what the dealership charges for each hour of labor, the estimate you list is not that far fetched......$60 per hour adds up REAL fast.......and in some areas, $60/hr is considered a bargain.....find out the hourly rate and how much time is charged for each repair; then you can figure out how much the labor is for each repair......remember this: the technician working on your car will probably be paid less than a third of the hourly rate you're being charged.......the rest goes to paying for the lights, the building, the secretaries, the carhops, the owner's vacations to the tropics, etc........been there, been screwed--worked in dealers for 15 yrs as a tech--seen it all......that's why I work for me
