The junkyard I go to charges $1 to enter, you must sign some sort of waiver, and this particular one has a minimum age of 18.

I think the part you're looking for is a parking brake cover. Easy to find in a junkyard, but likely cracked (if you have a 240), so choose carefully. I bought a nice black one for about $5-8 at a junkyard, but it didn't have the seat heater switch holes (fine with me, but keep that in mind if you have seat heaters or power mirrors).
