One guy told me that all version one does is move the pistons in the cylinders (that version #2 is the correct method). That does sound logical but is there more to version #1 than just moving the pistons? Perhaps both versions work. What really confuses me is if one of these versions is wrong, how could it be practiced for so long without someone figuring out they were doing it wrong?
