Re: k-jet question/ warm up regulator 200 79

hey thanks for the feedback i will let you know as soon as i pinpoint the problem directly,, basically what had been happening is the car would start right up but then run real rough for about a minute until the engine started to warm up a bit,, the other things that ive been looking at are the thermo timing switch, cold start injector and aux air valve. the engine is in pieces at the moment undergoing a complete rebuild, so getting to any of the parts isnt really a problem. i guess when i said confusing in reference to the cis i should have said tricky, especially calibrating the warm up regulators to a worn engine, or if the pressure plate isnt making proper vaccum. theres this really informative website i found,, although the editor seems to be kind of a prick just from how things are worded but hey he's australian,, i guess they do things differently down there. anyway if any of you are interested it has a lot of good info, heres the web address

http://www.users.bigpond.com/INTERJECT

if you follow the links there is a pretty good K-JET section.

anyway i will keep you posted and if anyone has any more info for me just let me know thanks - john
