Reputable AZ shops

Ok, as a woman it is hard to find a repair shop that doesn't think "stupid woman" as soon as you walk in the door. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of a reputable volvo repair shop in Phoenix, AZ.

I would rather steer clear of dealerships but if that is THE place to go I would like to know.

I am going to need the cam seals replaced now that we discovered the flame trap was plugged and nasty. I only want to go to a shop since I do not have the metric tools that are necesary for the volvo repairs yet.

If someone has any info please I would appreciate it.
