Heater Problems 700 1991

I need advice. I have a 1991 Volvo 740. Since I have been using the heater now I find that:

(1) there is anti-freeze on the floor every morning

(2) steam comes from the dashboard aafter 10-15 miniutes of driving leaving a residue of anti-freeze on my windshield and I can hear the car overheating.

(3)whenever I fill the radiator up with anti-freeze or water, it is gone within a day or so.

Checking with my Volvo manual, I believe it is either the Blower Motor or the Heater Core. Could you tell me which do you believe it is? I don't want to take it to a repair shop. I would rather learn how to fix my own car.
