A couple weeks ago I bought my first '67 122S. Needless to say I didn't run and had sat for a couple years. As part of the process to get it back on the road, I pulled off the rear wheels and drums (whew! were they stuck) to examine the brakes. I noticed that before I pulled off the drums, I could turn it and it would, in turn, spin the drive shaft. But now with the drums off, when I turn the axel, the shaft does not turn. Did I end up ruining something in the differetial when I took off the drums?? I did have to beat on the wheel puller quite a bit.
