Leak Problem - help! 200 1986

I have a leak coming from the right side up under the windshield. I had a new windshield installed yesterday but that didn't stop the leak. The glass shop said the drains under the windshield channel were open. I looked today and here is my best try at describing where the water is dripping from:

1. Removed the side kick panel, knee bolster, glove compartment, and Rt. air vent ducting.

2. Peeled back the black "cardboard stuck to the side of the body up under the top of the dash just above where a bundle of wires comes through.

3. The water is coming from above this point up in a cavity where several pieces of metal come together. There are two bolt heads in this cavity which may hold the fender. I can only see up into this cavity with a flashlight and mirror (like a dentist) but I can't see where the water enters. When I put my fingers up in there they come out wet but I can't tell where the water is entering.

Has anyone fixed a leak in this area, if so, how? Help would be greatly appreciated!
