No Boost 700 1987

Was cruising through the mountains down I77 when I came to a hill and thought the cruise had kicked out. She slowed down to 55 and dropped down a gear (Auto) to keep the speed up. Figured a hose must of came off.

Pulled into a rest area and checked out all my vacumn lines and all the turbo hoses all A OK. Can't get the vacumn to 0 Best I can to is 3psi Vacumn. Car runs great just no boost.
