BILSTEIN SHOCKS for 240 sedan?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone on this board had any experience good or bad with the Bilstein shocks sold by IPD and others? How dramatically do they increase the handling and ride once installed? I did have the IPD sway bars installed and really noticed the difference. Also, would you suggest buying them from another source that maybe has better prices?
