Turn signals and reverse lights S90-V90 99

The left turn signals, front and back, are on at all times when the ignition key is on. They do not flash. The left reverse light is on also. The left turn indicator light on the dash is lit up. The turn signal switch position makes no difference. The emergency flashers work normally

when the ignition key is off. Has anybody experienced this before?
