steering wheel alignment '90 240

All,

The steering wheel on my 1990 240 is always cocked to the right by about 30 degrees when the wheels are pointed straight, (and yet the car drifts to the left). Is this an alignment problem? Tire Balance? Do ALL 240's have cocked steering wheels? Thanx for the help!
