Tach works fine, lost the odometer?!?! S90-V90 1990

Patience is now wearing thin. Got the tach installed and working fine. My problem now lies in the odometer. Now it seems the speedo bounces around a bit more than before, and the odometer is not working at all. trip speedo or otherwise. Any suggestions? k9800 speedo in a 1990 DL wagon. Thanks!
