it floods? thats wierd...
Might be an injector sticking open after it gets warm, and thus flooding the car when you turn the ignition on. Run some fuel system cleaner through it and see how it does. Also, you might try checking your fuel pressure regulator(although if that breaks, its my understanding that the car runs lean, another condition you really want to avoid in a turbo car)
make sure the fuel return line isn't clogged (if it was, your car would be running really rich, black smoke coming out the back, etc).
after it refuses to start, pop the hood and tap on the injectors and see if that doesn't get it started again.
It could also be a bad sensor. Either way, Good luck!
