Replace the steering rack. 700 1989

Almost certainly morning sickness. You can try flushing it out but it prob won't work.

Get a rebuilt w/lifetime guarantee. Install it yourself...2-3 hours, plus get new tie rod ends. Get it aligned afterwards.
