Gotta run the revs up, give it a nice "Italian tune up," clean out the carbon.

Too bad. That you changed the head, I mean. Nine times outta ten a seized and galled cam 'n cam bearing can be repaired right on the car for pocket change (relatively speaking...) and a day's work.
