Come to think of it, an old rusty wheelbarrow I treated with straight Ospho (phosphoric acid), Rust-Oleum rusty metal primer and all-purpose spray enamel on top is doing very well, even though sitting outside in the FL moisture. Sounds like I should ditch the Extend. Thanks for your input, Larry.
