The sunroof in my 1988 745 turbo will not stop at the completion of any cycle unless I take my finger off the switch. So, to close it, I have to stop pressing the switch just at the exact right time, which can be difficult to judge without hanging my head out the window. Also, when I open the pop-up panel, it opens, than will not close. I have to use a screw driver and the manual screw mechanism to just start the panel closing, than the electric switch will work. But again, unless I take my finger off the switch, the roof continues to cycle and will than start opening completely. I have replace the switch with no change. And obviously, the motor still works....Any ideas ???
