Stalling 700 89

I have an 89 760t with a "k" motor. 2 problems(related?) On a cold start the car starts fine. Idles @1500 rpm. Put into gear - stalls. Restarts fine, let warm for 2 minutes, put into gear idles now @750 rpm. After drivingfor a while, (engine hot), it is slow to restart. (5 seconds cranking, slow idle up.) This has been a continuous problem. In last year I've changed: MAF sensor, coolant sensor, O2 sensor, IAC valve, plugs, wires, fuel filter, cap, rotor, vacuum tubing,and cleaned the throttle body. O.k. what next?
