Code 1-4-4 for EZK ignition module (Test probe position 6) according to Volvo Service Bulletin is "stored when the ignition control module (ICM) loses power. Poor soldering in injection fuel injection sytem relay can produce an intermittent open corcuit in the power supply to pin 9 in the LH 2.4 ICM"

As Don Foster has pointed out innumerable times, resolder your fuel injection relay and your radio supression relay. If that doesn't fix it post back for more suggestions.
