Yeah, that spade connector, right? You can get the nice, plastic-shrouded replacements from Radio shack. Stuff that connector with a bit of Oxguard electrical grease, and you'll have a better connection than OEM.

There are more Radio Shack parts in my 240 than I care to admit...
