Re: IPD Exhaust Header Clearance and Electrical Work 120-130 1968

The best part about those headers is you can point to them and say "Them's hedders!" Honestly, the dual outlet system is quite good and performs just about as well. The individual runner lengths are about the same, and it fits! As Matt said, the header and upper A-arm do not fit together well. When everythings installed, it's just dandy. Trying to remove it is another story. You can't pull the header back enough to get it off the studs with the engine in situ.

Also, get it coated like Ron said. I used Restomotive (makers of POR-15) high temp exhaust paint and had the displeasure of watching it all bubble and flake off the first week or so I drive my car.

There are other people that make headers, too.
