Sunroof 700 1991

I have a 91 740, and the sunroof rattles even if I put the car into gear. Could someone please give me some guidance as to how to take the sunroof out, and tighten things up a bit? What should I tighten are there any compunds like grease or silicone or lithium-grease that I could use to dampen vibrations? Thanks.
