240 Headliner Replacement 200 All

Calling all 240 gurus...

Had a couple of Qs about 240 headliner replacement.

1) Can a 244 headliner be removed and replaced without removing the windshield or rear window? I'm not optimistic, but I figured I'd ask.

2) Getting the unit into and out of the car aside, how hard is the

process? Does the headliner remove and install fairly easily? Is the headliner glued to the roof or just held up with the clips?

BTW, car in question does have a factory manual sunroof.
