Turbo problems 700 90

I have had A slow water leak on my 90 744ti after it ran hot and the water pump was replaced. My indie claims that leak is coming from the manual boost controller bleed line. So getting to my question is it possible that water could get into that line considering that it is part of vacuum diaphragm. The car is running fine other than the water leak. There is no sign of water in the oil or vice versa.
