window regulator notification 700 1986

One of my power window regulators just broke into pieces, apparently because the three nuts that hold the plastic assembly in place had become loose and allowed it to move. I checked all other doors, and passengers side had already one nut missing and the other two loose--got them in time. By the way, is $45 for a used regulator (motor excluded) too much?
