b20 head to b18 engine? 1800 64

This has come up before but I could'nt find it in the archives so I'll ask it now. I pulled a head of a b20 at a junkyard the other day and I was wondering if it would fit onto the block of my b18 block. Are the cylinders the same bore? The valves are bigger are'nt they? How would this affect the running?
