Stalling 700 1990

I just cleaned my throttle body (also removed the foam from my airbox)yesterday. Today when I got in the car to go to work it kept stalling, but ran fine after about a two minute warm-up, the same thing happened when I left work. What did I do. The only thing I can think of is the throttle adjustment screw might have gotten slightly out of whack during the cleaning? Any one have any ideas - did I kill my car? What RPM should the car idle at?
