Best make and model for 12K ALL

I am looking to buy a used Volvo stationwagon and I have roughly 12K to spend. I am new to Volvo cars but in my limited research, I have narrowed my choices to (from best to worst). My priorities are 1. reliability 2. comfort 3. space 4. comfort

1992 to 1995 960 with under 100K miles

1992 to 1996 940 with under 100K miles

1992 to 1996 760 with under 100K miles

1992 to 1996 740 with under 100K miles

1994 to 1996 850 with around 100K miles

Please let me know your opinions on the best make, model and year for a Volvo stationwagon for 12K
