/// Is the solid or hollow part bent? Give up if hollow tubes are bent. It can be cut off and a set screw add on attached. If the solid wire is bent there is a tool made to bend wire but is is designed to be clamped in a vise. Look in the back of Popular Science or Popular Mechanics for a picture of a big version that is sold in the classifieds. I have a small (10 inch) version that I have used to fix Ham and Citizens Band stainless steel whips. It will do the job. I can try to find the instructions if you are unable to set up your own. You could make you own with a large pair of pliers. The center pivot would be replaced with bolt and two holes drilled one in each handle. The holes are threaded and jam nuts hold correct sized bolts in them. The wire is bent or corrected using the center or pivot bolt as a fulcrum. The length of the handles will control the ammount of force you can apply. (Look at the ads for examples.)
