Engine Diagnostics Help: 2nd request 700 1989

I'm still looking for help on my 1989 765 Turbo. The FAQ's discuss an ECC Diagnostic Module behind the driver's strut tower. I can't find anything resembling an electronics package back there. Is the EZ117K injection system, which the Haybes manual says I have, a type of LH-2.4 injection unit? Or is the turbo ECC different and there isn't a diagnostic behind the strut tower?

I know somebody has BTDT and probably figured someone else would answer the question, but I still have no answer. Help is greatly appreciated.
