tail lite problem 200 1989

I have a 89 245 wagon that has a brake light problem. The brake lite bulb intermittently does not work. When we get the bulb warning on the dash I can go back and wiggle the the bulb insert and then it will work for short period of time and then we start all over again. Sometimes, it will stop working and start working all on the same trip. Could it be a ground problem.

Also, I have problems with the fuses corroding. Has anyone tried the stainless steel one offered by IPD. Do they help the corrosion probelem.
