Are you speaking of the 4 way emergency flasher? The switchis located on the steering column, and is part of the turn signal and cruise control.

If you can find a good bone yard special, get it. You can practice taking the old off of the old one. Shouldnt be too hard. Just remove the shrouding from the steering wheel area.
